When you reach out to me — whether through the contact form, by email, or by scheduling a call — I collect the information you share (typically your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry). I use this solely to respond to you and, if we begin working together, to deliver the services you've engaged me for.

My website may use cookies to support its performance. A banner on the site allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies, and I do not collect IP addresses through an activity log.

HOW I STORE AND PROTECT YOUR DATA

Your information is held securely, accessed only by me, and never sold or shared for marketing purposes. I use trusted third-party tools — including Squarespace, Google Drive, Calendly, and Zoom — each with their own GDPR-compliant policies in place.

HOW LONG I KEEP IT

Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are not retained beyond what is necessary. For active and past clients, records are kept for up to six years in line with legal and insurance requirements.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please email me at annie@annieokeefe.com and I will respond within one month.

FOR COACHING CLIENTS

A full Privacy Policy, along with our coaching agreement, will be shared with you prior to our first session and signed by both of us before we begin.
