Over the past month, I’ve written about somatic safety at work, coming out as a sex, love and relationships coach, responses to the word “sex”, and the parts of ourselves we hide. These experiences have led me here.
Soul is who we are, what we’re here to do, and how we live. It is my soul’s calling to help people come back to the language of their bodies. That understanding came slowly, through my own healing, which naturally evolved into the work I do now.
Our sexual energy is one of the most direct ways we feel alive in our bodies. When we nurture this life force, we recharge ourselves, and it changes how we show up in every relationship… with partners, family and colleagues. When we hide it, the battery quietly drains. Tending it begins with presence and curiosity, and most of us were simply never taught how.
Whether someone is partnered and longing to feel desire again, dating and caught in the same spiral, or rebuilding a sense of self after a relationship has ended, I meet them where they are, and support them to move towards how they want to feel.
Tomorrow is Samhain, the old Gaelic festival when what is hidden is said to come into the light. If something in my recent posts has flickered in you, I would love to hear from you. And if you’re curious, here’s a little more about my coaching programme.
Soul and sex are not separate. They never were. We only have to remEMBER.
